I've been doing business with aka storage for the past 10 years and am fully satisfied. They are very professional and accommodating to all their customers. The owner and his wife are the best.
They clear in front of our doors during Winter months for easy access
Another important statement they made was Never move items in during rain or snow. Items need to be dry to prevent trapping moisture in the unit.

Last, they suggested to put a bucket of Damp Rid for storing long periods. This product absorbs any moisture trapped in the unit.

Reading these negative comments regarding this facility really bothered me. I have been storing antique furniture at this facility for over 6 years without any issues. The partners are always friendly & helpful when I questioned them about storing in a non climate unit. They gave me the following advice: Long storage time running Winter & Summer put plastic on the floor to act as a moisture barrier. Concrete has moisture like your cellar, so if u leave boxes in your cellar that long they get soggy & moldy.
